Thank you for your interest in getting involved in our work. By finding out more about Huntington’s disease and the people it affects, you are already helping to raise much-needed awareness about this devastating disease.
We hope you will take that next step to help Scottish Huntington's Association (SHA) in its vital work with families all over Scotland. By working in partnership with the families we serve, SHA delivers lifeline support through HD Specialists, Financial Wellbeing Officers, and Specialist Youth Advisors. Our work doesn’t stop there – SHA is actively driving up the standard of care for HD families through the development of the National Care Framework for Huntington’s Disease, the first resource of its kind in the world.
As a grassroots charity, we rely on people like you to raise awareness about Huntington’s disease, build the case for transformational changes in care, and help us deliver the essential services relied upon by the families we serve.
