With a record of successful strategic leadership working in and across a range of environments, including at international level, Cat brings extensive experience of business development and change management to the Senior Leadership Team. Strengths include building, inspiring and leading diverse teams, developing strong partnerships, event management, and ensuring that systems and processes support work that ensures delivers desired outcomes. With experience of developing a global network of agencies working to raise the profile of, and provide support to, those impacted by Huntington’s disease, Cat is also a former Chair of Trustees and a former Executive Director of an international Huntington’s organisation.
