Meet our first ever Dance 100 headline sponsors – Benson Wood & Co.
The Lanarkshire-based chartered accountancy firm is teaming up with Scottish Huntington’s Association and Huntington’s families to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever.
We’re expecting hundreds of people from across Scotland to join us at George Square, Glasgow, on Sunday 14 May for our 100-song dance challenge to raise vital funds and awareness. They will include staff from Benson Wood & Co who have promised to show us their best moves on the day!
Here’s what they had to say:
“We feel lucky and privileged to be given the opportunity to support Huntington’s families by partnering with Scottish Huntington’s Association, including sponsoring Dance 100. Our organisations are a good fit with each other, and we can’t think of a better charity for our business to partner with.
“We’ve been inspired by family member and trustee Gillian McNab, whose story includes her amazing fundraising, flying and dancing exploits over the past few years.
“We can’t wait to help out in any way we can. Everyone in the team is particularly looking forward to Dance 100 and, despite our directors John and Chris being the worst dancers ever, they promise to try very hard on the day!”
We are grateful to everyone at Benson Wood & Co for their support and look forward to working together to make Dance 100 a day to remember for everyone.
