About Sylvia Nwabuzor
Sylvia joined Scottish Huntington’s Association in February 2024 as Senior Admin and HR Officer, bringing extensive experience across multiple sectors and a record of developing and delivering people-focused strategies that support organisational success. Holding a Master’s degree in HR Management, Sylvia has played a key role in strengthening the charity’s HR function, leading a review and development of HR and organisational policies to ensure compliance and best practice. She provides expert guidance to managers and colleagues, oversees the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, and supports employee relations and wellbeing while contributing to consultations to help shape and support the organisation’s future.
