All profits from the Lucky Lotto go to Scottish Huntington’s Association to support young people living in families impacted by Huntington’s disease. 

 

  • To play Lucky Lotto you must meet the following requirements:
     
    • Be 16 years of age or older. We hold the right to randomly conduct spot checks of winners by asking for proof of age by documentation (e.g. copy of passport or driving license). You may not purchase an entry in this lottery on behalf of anybody under the age of 16. 

    • Live inside mainland Britain (does not include Northern Ireland) in accordance with the Gambling Commission legislation 

  • You will provide accurate information including your name, personal address, email address and telephone number and accept it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes. 

  • There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable.  

  • Prizes will be sent by cheque via Royal Mail. 

  • Scottish Huntington’s Association reserves the right to use the winners’ names for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, e.g. Mrs McDonald from Inverness. 

  • Scottish Huntington’s Association is not responsible for any delays in bank payments. 

  • No liability is accepted for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
     
  • Scottish Huntington’s Association may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme. 

  • Scottish Huntington’s Association’s decisions made pursuant to the rules shall, once made, be final and binding. 

  • The rules are subject to change by Scottish Huntington’s Association.
