Join us for an afternoon retreat of yoga & well-being activities on Sunday 17th May from 12pm - 4pm. Enjoy this line-up of first class yoga teachers from across Scotland. The afternoon will run from 12 noon until 4 pm with the following -

  • Kirtan Yoga (Mantras with Music) with yoga Scotland
  • Raffle and complementary goody bags including Neal's Yard Remedies

 

Free access to visit St Mungo Museum which displays some really interesting artifacts from around the world

Fundraising

Investment for the full event is £25 and can be paid using the form at the bottom of this page. Once you register Linda from our fundraising team will be in touch to say hello and offer additional information. We are here to advise you so if you have any questions just let her know. We have limited places available, so, book early to avoid disappointment.

The Day

Yoga HD will take place from 12 Noon until 4pm.  There will be a range of yoga activities from outdoor yoga, chair and face yoga, pranayama, Meditation, Kirtan music. You have the opportunity to try a range of yoga well-being activities.  Option to use museum café or BYO lunch to eat in the Japanese Zen Garden or outside seated areas.  Afterwards, you have free access to St Mungo Museum.
